CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

The direction of the reservation request, which may be made by telephone, by e-mail, by fax, assign a time limit (depending on the period, typically 2-3 days) within which to perform the confirmation. The reservation is considered valid after sending 30% of the amount of the stay (as a deposit). It must send a copy confirming the payment occurred by fax / e-mail, after which a receipt will be issued (after the actual collection of the deposit) with its specific reservation, to be shown upon arrival at the reception.
